Diana Carolina Walker is a bilingual immigration and criminal defense attorney. She focuses her practice on family-based immigration, criminal defense, and civil litigation. Ms. Walker attended law school in Colombia for two years and has the ability to translate complex legal matters for her Spanish speaking clients. Ms. Walker is licensed in Minnesota and Georgia and received her Juris Doctorate from Mercer University in 2011.
As an immigrant, Ms. Walker has firsthand knowledge of how stressful and difficult it is to deal with the Courts. Her client-first approach has earned her the respect and admiration of her fellow attorneys and is a strength she uses to advocate and fight on behalf of her clients.

Ms. Walker grew up in Colombia and came to the United States to go to school. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in political science from Texas A&M University in 2007.
Ms. Walker was the president of the Hispanic Law Student Association and participated in the Niagara International Moot Court competition in 2010. Ms. Walker volunteered for the Lineal Legal Latina and Georgia Legal services while attending law school.
During Law school Ms. Walker also worked as a research assistant for professor David Ritchie, and obtained an Advance Legal Writing Certificate from Mercer University.
